Documentation in CHSP Service Delivery (Repeat)

13 June @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Free

Multicultural Aged Care invites Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) funded CALD service providers to the Documentation in CHSP Service Delivery information session. We invite you to attend this free session as part of your organisational compliance and continuous improvement.

Aim:

To identify and help develop knowledge and understandings of Documentation Control, ensuring that service providers and users who need to access information are supported. Stay on top with up-to-date and relevant information, guard against inadvertent use of obsolete documents, and develop better practice within the CHSP HCS quality review framework and furthermore, embed CALD specific content and context in the CHSP services’ outcomes that are delivered.

 Objectives:

  • Anticipate the CALD concepts and meanings of HCS Documentation Control
  • Acquire CALD understandings about the process and procedures of HCS and conducting Documentation Control
  • Apply policies, procedures and better practice CALD models of managing and reviewing Documentation Control

Outcomes:

  • Improved awareness and understandings of Documentation Control within the context of the HCS CHSP funded Program
  • Developed processes and better practice procedures for Documentation Control
  • Improved access to information and resources on CHSP services and CALD perspectives
  • Improved capacity to deliver CHSP services targeting CALD specific understandings of Documentation Control within HCS and expected outcomes
