7 June @ 10:00 am – 3:00 pm (registration starts at 9:30 am)

In this workshop we will:
- unpack the holistic and multi-dimensions of health and wellbeing; how they are interconnected and the pursuit of balance between them
- discover the dynamic process of change and growth resulting in not just surviving but, thriving in both personal and work life
- discuss the Diversity Framework; equity and inclusion in the workplace
We will hear real-life accounts of what and how culture effects the delicate balance of wellbeing between clients and aged care staff and how the COVID-19 pandemic has permeated throughout all aspects of care, creating challenging times of stress and uncertainty.
“Health and Wellbeing”

- Does it matter?
