CHSP Workshop – Wellness & Reablement, DEX, & New Standards

13 June 2018 @ 9:30 am - 3:00 pm

Free

Do you receive CHSP funding?
How are you integrating the wellness and reablement approach in your program?
Would you like to know more about wellness and reablement in practice?
Are you keen to explore more ideas, strategies and resources for implementing best practice wellness and reablement in practice?
Interested in learning and sharing about goal setting for your clients?

If you answered “yes” to the above, then…

… these not to be missed workshop series will provide the opportunity to learn more about CHSP Programme principles, wellness and reablement in practice and how to implement and embed this approach into your CHSP programme and services delivery.

Multicultural Aged Care invites Commonwealth Home Support Programme funded CALD service providers to the Wellness & Reablement, DEX, & New Standards information session. During this session, we will be revisiting the Wellness and Reablement Project; looking at the Data Exchange (DEX) and the reporting requirements with an emphasis on a practical approach; and breaking down the new Standards and funding agreements, and the requirements within them.

Highly recommended for all CHSP funded CALD organisations and Community Groups to refresh and keep up to date with the Aged Care Sector.

Please note that the registration opens at 9:30am, with the workshop starting at 10am.
