HACC eFAR and OVR EXTENSION – Reports previously due 30th September 2014

Due to the short timeframe between templates being made available and the reporting due date of 30th September 2014, an extension has been granted for all HACC providers. The 2013/14 Annual eFAR and OVR reports are required to be submitted no later than 31st October 2014. We welcome the submission of 2013/14 Annual eFAR and OVR reports prior to 31st October 2014. Please note, further extensions will only be granted in exceptional circumstances.

The Commonwealth HACC Program Service Provider Portal is the Department of Health and Ageing’s new administration and communication system for organisations providing HACC services to Australia’s ageing population. The portal is a central place to store information about service providers who provide basic community care services to people aged 65 years and over (50 years and over for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people).
