Culture and food are linked

A recent article on Aged care Insite explores the link between food and culture. Written by Emma Mits, an accredited practising dietitian with Leading Nutrition, it explores how it is important to help people from different backgrounds with their dietary and dining needs when in residential care. It also continues to list various signs that the cultural needs of the resident may not be met and how that can be changed.
